We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Operate the fantasy game, including drafting players and calculating scores
• Display league standings and tournament leaderboards to league members
• Send push notifications about game updates when enabled

3. League Visibility

When you join a league, your name and team name are automatically shared with all members of that league. This information is displayed in league standings, draft results, and other league-related screens. By joining a league, you consent to this sharing of your information with other league members.

4. Global Leaderboard

Padel Picks features a public competition leaderboard that displays the top-performing users. If you participate in a public league, your name, team name, league name, and fantasy score may appear on this leaderboard and be visible to all users of the app. By creating an account and joining a public league, you consent to this display of your information.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is only used within the Padel Picks platform to provide and improve the service.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app or on the website. When you remove your account, all your personal data, teams, and league memberships are permanently deleted.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure password storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
